Our Mission

At Agri H2A, we help agricultural employers get certified to hire guest workers. Our goal is to promote fair labor practices and simplify the hiring process. By offering guidance and resources, we enable farms across America to build a strong workforce and focus on producing quality food for their communities. Together, we strengthen the agricultural industry for everyone..

About Us

After moving to central Massachusetts in 2020, Nancy English joined Idylwilde Farms In Acton, MA as their HR Director.  In this role, she had the opportunity to work with H2A workers and facilitate providing labor for the farm.  


This experience has  allowed me to serve our community and our farmers.  It is out of this desire to serve our farms that Agri H2A was born.  


Merging over 20 years of Human Resources experience  in various industries and an understanding the labor needs of a farm is the why behind Agri H2A.
